And he rolls

Tonight for the first time our little guy finally rolled.  And the best part was that Jay was here to see it.  I just commented on my friend Gretch's blog that Jett wasn't rolling and then he finally went and did it tonight.  

Another fun thing happened as well.  We were getting ready for bed and feeding Jett and Tanner decided she wanted to feed him so I thought, well why not.  I ran and got the camera, gave her the bottle and the pictures tell the rest.  Of course it only lasted 3 minutes for her and the fun wore off so mommy finished.  

A New Year

 Well it has been awhile since I have posted and haven't been good at taking pictures but I did manage to snap these a while back of Jett sitting in the bumbo chair.  He loves to be apart of the family in any way shape, or form.  He is all smiles and really laughs alot.

 He still doesn't do much other then sit or lay in one spot and I am not complaining because after having Tanner who did everything late, I know they all catch up.  For now I will just enjoy that I can put him down and walk away and he is happy, (for at least 15 minutes)

Tanner is really getting into dressing up and always asks to wear some type of skirt.  It doesn't have to match she just needs some ruffles.  I love her more and more and just recently realized that maybe some of her "drama mama" is from me.  

Jett at 4 months

 I love this picture but it just portrays my sweet boy.  He just has the sweetest disposition and is sooo good.  He is still swaddled at naps and night but is becoming quite the hodinni at getting out.  Jett sleeps 2 hours in the morning and usually 2 hours in the afternoon with a little evening nap occasionally.

 Jett is getting better at his tummy time when mom remembers to put him on it.  He never lasts long on it but around Christmas he started prompting up a little more.  Still no rolling over though.

 Tanner is a great big sister and has starting saying "my baby Jett" when talking about Jett.  She loves to go in and wake him up from naps and gets excited when we get him up and bring him out.  Jett loves to watch Tanner too.  I pray they have such a sweet and loving relationship when their older like they do now.

Jett has really become ticklish on his ribs and knees.  He loves to smile at mommy and daddy when given attention and has found his voice.  He loves it when we talk to him and he razzles back to us.  

Jett has also gotten into baby Einstein videos and will sit in his bouncer and play.  The jungle gym is another favorite thing and he has gotten really good at grasping things. I also feel like Jett has gotten the hang of the feeding thing and doesn't fight us as much to take his bottle.    He brings such joy into our lives and feel so blessed to be his parents.
